The role.
You will be part of the EasyPark Italy commercial Distribution team and responsible to support and increase the potential for our business to create and realize value from existing and new client base, to support and increase the areas in which the EasyPark service is active, and the partners with whom to collaborate.
The Account Manager will have overall accountability of a large client portfolio, building long term strategic alliances with each client and evangelizing the digitalisation.
The Account Manager will work with existing and new partners (both public and private sectors) to discuss, frame and develop relationships and subsequently, digitalization opportunities in the management of parking areas to liaise with our internal delivery functions.
This position reports to the Account Director.

The Account Manager analyzes the prospect base and chooses the best opportunities.
He/she identifies decision-makers in autonomy and maps them out by various means.
He/she plans, prepares and does remote demonstrations of services and partners’ advantages.

Sales support Identify prospects and decision-makers; Telephone canvassing, e-mails, letters, social networks, appointment setting; Remote presentation of solutions; Service activation Collect technical data from partner; Interface and Support Operation vs Partner relation Telephone canvassing, e-mails, letters, social networks, appointment setting.
Partner support Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, video calls and communications.
Manage and grow revenues within your accounts, planning client account proposals and activity.
Proactively taking the lead to ensure that contracts are successfully renewed when appropriate.
Customer data management (CRM) Maintain and update the customer and prospect database; Monitor sales and competition (customer portals, public and private market platforms).
About you You work in an autonomous manner in terms of organizing, planning and prioritizing your tasks, proactive follow-ups with potential prospects.
You listen to understand and are comfortable to speak to clients in meetings or phone calls, emails, etc.
You are fluent in Italian and have proficiency in English.
You work in close collaboration with multiple teams across EasyPark business to ensure that larger goals are achieved and our partners are proactively supported.
You are curious and like to learn about the product you are selling.
Contribute towards future initiatives and develop business cases for investment.
Your background We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following.
You have at least two to 2-3 years of experience in identifying and activating sales opportunities remotely.
You have experience of working with the public sector and local authorities.
You have mastery of distance selling and negotiation techniques.
You are skilled to evangelize payment products and technologies and speak fluidly to positively influence both technical and non-technical decision makers.
You are proficient in IT tools (Internet, e-mail) and office automation (Google Suite).
You also have good knowledge of sales management software.
Salesforce, SugarCRM This role is based in Rome, Italy.
