Job Description What you will do in this role.
You will work with other departments in providing the information they need (like support buyers on the procurement process, employees on the expenses report, CS on customer transactions, etc.
Process accounting records (invoices, payments, journals entries).
Reconciliations (banks, Billing, Receipts, vendor/customer balances) Process recurrent JEs.
Help Sr Accountants and team lead to prepare monthly reporting Identify and implement initiatives to improve processes Support other departments in providing the information they need in the field of accounting and finance.

You have a strong academic background.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is a must.
An additional Master's degree or accounting certification is preferred.
2 years working in similar role (desirable but not essential) Experience working on ERP finance applications.
Microsoft skills (Excel is a must) You want to learn, develop yourself, actively propose improvements, and you're meticulous.
Like Sherlock Holmes, you are sensitive to even the smallest detail! Fluent in English is a must Fluent in Spanish or Italian  Additional Information Logistics The role will be based in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid position working from home 2-3 days per week).
