As a Junior Application Specialist will be a part of our interdisciplinary skilled Technical Support Team.
Will be engaged in application maintenance and change requests support based on ITIL.
The main aim of the team is to execute supporting activities and routines related to application maintenance and monitoring.
Multi-level Incident and problem management for both software base and infrastructure services.
We are looking for employees at various levels of experience - Junior/Mid, open to new challenges and technologies.

Incident management related to software and/or hardware infrastructure Resolving of application related incidents - 2nd and 3rd level Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades Release management including application and services patching.
