What can you expect? Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates to join our Reinsurance Broker Support division as Junior Broking Support Analyst based in Milan.
Within this role, you will have the chance to work in a niche area of the market supporting our international clients and be an integral part of our team.

We will count on you to.
Support and assist in the production of comprehensive underwriting presentations; Assist brokers in negotiation with reinsurers during quotation / placement process; Support in being accountable for all aspects of service and support for their clients; Support in regularly updating clients with progress achieved; Support in developing and maintaining effective clients relationships by understanding their needs and pro-actively responding to these needs; Produce contract documentation to current standards and be familiar with market trend.

What you need to have.
University Banchelor or Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Control, Administration and similar achieved or similar Italian and English fluency both written and spoken Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint); A strong interest for the insurance, reinsurance and risk sector.
