As a Business Controller & Analyst, you will be supporting the finance team with business analysis and reporting, financial operations, and ensuring integrity of our financial records.
You will play a critical role in building a dashboard of KPIs using BI tools (eg Power BI), enabling the management of the company to take fast and informed decisions.
You will help the team with data entry.
In your typical day, you will Be involved in these processes.
Financial Reporting.
supporting the preparation and the analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports, in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or applicable accounting standards; KPI Dashboard.
implementing a suite of KPIs using a BI tool, to insure real time datas on the vital company KPIs; Budgeting and Forecasting.
Collaborate with the Controller to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Process Improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
We are specifically looking for you if you have Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Mathematical mindset Good skills in using Power BI Good skills in using Excell Attention to details; Effective communication; Ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders; High level of integrity, ethics, and attention to detail.
