JUNIOR COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Our expertise has led us to revolutionise the traditional image of kitchen hoods. We have transformed them from simple accessories into unique design items capable of improving the quality of life of those who choose our products. We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers. We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Communication Specialist. THE IMPACT: He/She will support the management of communication strategies (internal and corporate) in order to reflect the strategic vision of the company. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create communication plans (online and offline) aimed at promoting and managing the company's corporate identity, the agreed timing; Act as a focal point for company functions by collecting content to promote internally and externally (e.g. job fairs, participation in meetings), choosing the most effective communication channel; Coordinate relations with PR and communication agencies; Support the manager in the drafting of contents and texts for press releases, newsletters, website news, interviews and in the management of textual contents produced by third parties; Support the manager in managing relations with public institutions; Support the management of the Content Management System (CMS) of the websites (Elica People and Elica Corporation). Master's degree in Business, Communications or similar Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Native Italian, English proficiency (both written and spoken) Previous experience (thesis or internship) in similar role will be considered a plus Strong communication skills & Proactivity will complete the profile
