KPMG Advisory  offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitalization, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
Specifically, when you join the  Supply Chain & Operations  team in  Milan, you will be involved within multifunctional teams working at customer sites to implement digital transformation projects for Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, Performance Management processes.
Specifically, you will be tasked with.
Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business; Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance; Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives; Target Operating Model Design.

a Master’s degree in  Management Engineering, earned with excellent grades; PLM  knowledge is appreciated; Basic skills in the area of programming languages or logic (Java, Javascript, C++, SQL); Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package.
An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
