We are looking for a HSE Specialist to join our Quality team.
You will become part of the growing Quality and Health and Safety group, supporting the HSE Manager in her daily task.
Tasks and Responsibilities.
Managing health and safety documentation; Management of supplier documentation; Support in the definition of specific HS procedures; Support in the management of staff information and training on HS issues; Support in the organisation of courses and for the organisation of health fitness visits; Support in the implementation of the Environment and Safety Management System according to ISO standards (e.
.); Collaborate with HSE Manager, RSPP in the typical fulfilments of the HSE area (management of PPE, support in the drafting of DUVRI, archiving of documentation.
Support in collecting metrics for sustainability reporting Required Technical Skills.
Degree preferably in environmental sciences/prevention techniques in the environment and workplace/safety engineering 2/3 years' experience in the HSE field Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations (knowledge of the regulations of Portugal and UK is considered an asset) Experience in sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.
.
GRI, B Corp, ESG, etc.) Basic knowledge of QHSE Integrated Management Systems Willingness to work in a very dynamic and growing environment ISO management systems and basic process safety principles knowledge would be considered a plus.
Education.
University degree preferably in related field.
Language.
This role requires professional proficiency in English.
