Join us as a Junior People Operations Specialist What you will be doing Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the HR Team and you will support the Satispay Group.
Key responsibilities.
Manage and update HRIS with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacation and days off, ensuring they are up-to-date and of high quality; Dealing with the full employees’ life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding (e.
.
drafting contracts, managing employment changes, promotions, terminations, etc.); Participate in the payroll process; Become the first point of contact for employees on HR-related issues; Take part in the onboarding process for new hires.

At least 1 year of previous proven experience in HR operations activities, possibly in an international context; Base knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and/or CCNL Commercio; A detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are.
Reserved, able to handle sensitive/confidential material and practice discretion; Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken.
Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.
