JUNIOR STORE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will be responsible for the successful, efficient roll out, construction and fit out of our stores, providing measurable input to defining the direction of processes, that support in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally.
Your responsibilities.
Find the right balance between the design and the cost.
Adapt or enhance quality or value in existing methods.
Analyse complex issues and modify working methods in a broader work area.
Start up new stores; prepare and create a survey report and approve the suitability of potential locations, both financially as technical.
Survey new locations Building new stores within budget Manage external parties/suppliers Responsible for hand over of stores to retail and deliver a hand over report.
Your profile Technical study background and experience in retail constructions, HBO level From 1 to 3 years in a project management role, preferable in the fast moving retail.
Have an understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with (new) contractors and partners, through all of the operational stages.
HBO, skills verbal and written English and preferable other languages.
