Job Description How you will contribute Support the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business development by identifying opportunities for channel growth and strategic priorities.
Map out strategic projects focusing on performance marketing, website performance enhancement, and content coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to execute eCommerce initiatives effectively.
Optimize performance marketing channel to drive sales on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.
Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.
Manage eCommerce project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of eCommerce projects.
Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project progress, performance, and KPIs.
Who you are Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field 3-5 years of experience in similar role Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics.
Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship Proactivity and problem solving skills Why work with us?
