Your opportunity We are currently seeking an Trade Marketing Specialist IKA as part of our dynamic International Key Accounts team in our HQ in Milan.
How you will contribute Support the definition of Trade Marketing activities and the creation of innovative projects, in line with Brand and corporate guidelines, in order to maximise the performance of the brands within the International Key Accounts portfolio.
Manage the planning, implementation and follow-up of Trade Marketing activities for each medium-sized client within the International Key Accounts portfolio.
Manage key processes with flagship stores within your client portfolio.
brand listing, competitor benchmarking, assortment management, visual merchandising, stock monitoring.
Manage massive visibility materials on assigned clients (including POP, GWP, Incentives, visuals, etc.) and monitor in-store implementation and seasonal updates, coordinating with the client.
Negotiate, manage and deliver Training sessions related to brand identity, collections and special projects on assigned clients Coordinate the logistics of in-store installations, interfacing with agencies/suppliers and internal functions.
Manage BTL/Trade Marketing investments (budget, follow up, ROI) under the supervision of the Jr.
Trade Marketing Manager.
Manage the monitoring and analysis of competitors.
Manage billing activities on assigned customers (PR, MIGO, supplier registration, etc.) and monitor progress with the support of monthly reports  Support the Jr.
Trade Marketing Manager in the processing of reporting files (e.
.
Trade Marketing Brief, monthly reports, BR, sell-out analysis).
Support in the organisation of sales campaigns and trade fairs.
Who you are University degree in Business Mgmt or similar +2 years Trade Marketing experience in Luxury and Eyewear Industries Ability to work within a dynamic and fast growing environments Proven organizational and time management skills  Analytical skills and problem solving attitude  Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power Point Excellent level of English and Italian Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks  Entrepreneurship, innovation attitude, exceptional commitment to teamwork.
