renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients.
Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Sales Italy (m\/f\/d).
What You Will Do - your responsabilities.
You build long term business relationship s with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities.
You elaborate customers need and product desires and feed into Product-and-Solutions-Development to gather holistic solutions.
You trigger and steer internal activities such as systems design, business calculations and legal to achieve best offers.
You lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personal and internal supporters.
You finalize the contractual closure, coordinate marketing activities with the customer and support project management in case of escalations.
You achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue and profitability.
You take care of high qualified future opportunities to secure long lasting performance.
You analyze the market and customer trends to adopt on group level developments.
You support the international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad.
You document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality.
You represent the company at local and international trade shows, events and seminars.
What You Bring - and would like to develop further Concrete experience in B2B sales, ideally as Key Account Manager Experience in the renewable energy industry Completed studies in related subjects or obtained the equivalent professional experience Language Skills in Italian (Level C1) and English (B2) is required Availability to travel, at least 30% Excellent skills in communication, time management, negotiation and conflict resolution Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and able to manage work without supervision Team worker who embodies the company’s core values What We Are Ready To Offer You - Full-time, permanent job opportunity (probation period as for the Italian CCNL Metalmeccanico - Industria) - An intercultural and inspiring working atmosphere, in contact with an international team and within a company operating in 30 countries globally - An attractive salary package - Mobile Working & Flexible working time, ensured by the application of our Smart Working Policy.
