LABORATORY TECHNICIAN IN LEASED LABOR CONTRACT

JR Laboratory Technician in Leased Labor Contract (Evergreen) This is a fixed term position in leased labor contract with duration of up to 12 months The selected candidate.
Be safety conscious, conform to all Micron safety policies, and able to identify potential hazards prior to working on a piece of equipment.
Interact with other Micron sites Engineers and Technicians to support equipment better performance, including software improvements.
Supports engineering activities such as Design, Testing, Product Qualification, Product Validation and System Verification.
Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
Assists in the design, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment.
Uses manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
Operate with memory devices tests executions using memory testers.
This will include activities like devices load/unload, uploading and launch test program, collecting test results (binning, sorting).
Perform Test equipment re-configuration, adapt different setups and support new test equipment capabilities installation according to the laboratory needs.
Operate on System Validation platforms to perform.
a) PCB Rework; b) OS Image loading; c) FW updating; d) test program launch Operate with load/unload memory devices to execute environmental stress and trials using environmental test chambers.
Be independent and able to take decisions for assigned workflows.
Work experience into a Laboratory environment Availability to work on shifts The preferred candidate will have.
Good verbal and written communication skills needed to interact with teams of Technicians, Engineers, Analysts and others Laboratory within the network.
Knowledge about Automatic Test Equipment used to test Memory devices, including environmental reliability stress chambers.
Knowledge of flash memory systems Be customer-focused Flexibility to handle short-notice needs/requests; Availability to work on weekends if needed Education High school Diploma in Electronics or equivalent is required Good knowledge of English language (speech and writing) knowledge about PC’s and related software (Windows, Office, email, Linux) About Micron Technology, Inc.
