Join our Consulting Team in Italy as    Lead EIM Consultant   YOUR IMPACT In this role you will work in a highly motivated team together with Sales Experts, Solution Consultants and OpenText partners in the Italy/Switzerland/Austria region.
You will work at the customers’ sites to present, develop, and implement OpenText EIM solutions by using your excellent communication skills and technical competence.
You will also drive the solutions implementation for our customer from a technical perspective by supporting and coordinating our consultants (distribute work packages, check quality of the results, help Project Managers working towards a feasible target on time and on budget) With your previously acquired knowledge in Information Management technologies, you quickly realize opportunities and never lose sight of the big picture.
You tackle problems actively and responsibly and find pragmatic ways to solve them.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Conduct requirement analysis for prospects and customers and identify optimal EIM solutions tailored to their needs.
Showcase product strengths to customers through engaging presentations, workshops, and live demonstration  Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring alignment with appropriate technical solutions.
Develop technical solution documents (implementation documents)  mapping software features to client project requirements.
Collaborate with our local and international conultants as well as external stakeholders to establish and oversee successful EIM project delivery and implementation Serve as a technical and organizational leader throughout project lifecycles, offering mentorship and expertise.
Define and coordinate technical work packages in partnership with Project Managers, ensuring quality assurance with the respective subject matter experts Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering reliable guidance and support.
Identify potential opportunities for both license and service sales, contributing to business growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED University/college degree, ideally in computer science or business administration or posses at least 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, IT Consultant Strong IT background with a focus on technical aspects; development skills are a plus.
Have a familiarity with IT architecture and systems like client/server technologies, network architecture, Operating Systems, databases, cloud, containerization, … High level of commitment and eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and products Take ownership of technical work packages, to coordinate and, drive the projects to successful completion S tructured way of working and effectively coordinating technical team members and leveraging available skills and resources Previous experience with core OpenText products (Content Server, Archive Center, etc.) is advantageous Knowledge of cloud solutions, hyperscalers, and containerization technologies is a significant asset.
Expertise in SAP-related technologies, Salesforce, O365, or Service Now is highly desirable.
