ict agreements; loi, memorandum of understanding; nda; distribution agreement, designs/models licenses agreement, marketing & public relation agreements, supply and services agreement, agency agreement, terms&conditions, etc); draft post-agreement documents (letters, addendum/amendment, settlement agreement, etc.); customize/modify contracts based on the needs of the internal client/support the internal client in negotiation phase with the clients and the suppliers; archive all the legal documentation and prepare reports.

provide legal advice on trademark protection and on intellectual property; work closely with external counsel/law firm on ip issues for protecting and enforcing the company's intellectual property rights around the globe; supports external counsel on preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent/trademark application and with anti-counterfeiting activities.
