How to contribute to our vision The candidate will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in wind-turbine generators.
You should have a desire to learn about electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics as you will be responsible of the general maintenance of the turbines.
Your main tasks consist of implementing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance actions on the electrical and electronic parts of the turbine, analyzes and diagnoses faults in the electronic and electrical systems, using specific schemes and automated control systems as support (video screens from which check the performance of the machinery); identify the fault, carry out the repair and replacement of parts, modules, or tools.
It is crucial that you will be fully compliant with Siemens Gamesa safety codes and have a history of being able to follow set procedures.

You will be multitasking and planning service activities, while coordinating these activities within your team.
We are looking for someone who is accurate and has a high safety awareness.

The ideal candidate holds a high school degree with focus on Mechanics or Electrical or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with 2-3 years of practical work experience in the field.
Having this experience in the wind or a heavy regulated industry is considered a plus.
The role is physically demanding and requires working in high altitudes and confined spaces.
Driving license and owning a vehicle is a requirement and you should be flexible and prepared to travel as our wind farms are spread over a large geographical area.
It is important that you are fluent both in Italian and English, written and verbal, as some of the documentation and other tasks are completed in English.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results together, as part of a team.
You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills.
You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
