The Manager, Integrated Analytics – IMM Patient Experience (Px) is responsible for generating, integrating and translating insights and analytics into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Immunology franchise focused on the Field Access and Affordability Solutions team.
This position will partner with cross-functional partners within Strategy, Analytics and Transformation (StAT) and the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization to identify opportunities to enhance Patient Experience across Immunology.
Specifically, they will lead analytics efforts to assess and measure the Field Access and Affordability Solution awareness, performance, perception, effectiveness, while uncovering new insights to increase patient access and experience.
Responsibilities include.
· Conduct analysis using a variety of data sources to track KPIs, build compelling customer experience stories, and generate new insights (e.
., operational data, claims data) · Serves as primary point of contact for the Immunology Field Reimbursement Management team.
· Supports the development of patient program analytics, new metrics, and dashboards. Partners closely with the Px Marketing team and PECS Solutions teams.
· Proactively identifies opportunities, conducts root cause/trending analysis and develop/implements short and long-term analytical solutions based upon patient experience data and metrics · Integrate analytical insights to build a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the market dynamics and unmet needs to shape and refine patient solutions.
Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.
Partner across the Commercial Insights and Strategy (CIS) teams to integrate patient experiences insights Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships, adding value and insights for the organization; being insight driven to uncover important unmet needs.
Present complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner effectively communicating recommendations to cross functional teams and brand team.
Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.
Qualifications · A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required and three (3) years of related professional experience is required Strength in technical proficiency, data visualization, and developing effective presentations required.
Knowledge of analytic approaches and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions required.
High degree of intellectual curiosity required.
Proven analytical skills and learning agility required.
Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) required.
Experience collaborating with and/or providing reports to field teams preferred.
Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets is highly preferred.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking preferred.
Experience in tableau and/or dataiku preferred.
This position will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ with travel to the other office as needed.
The base pay range for this position is $ to $. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
