ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB   We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us in Sedico Plant (BL).
As Manufacturing Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to apply a Continuous Improvement approach, bringing experience and researching for technological innovation in our fast-paced Manufacturing function.
Here some responsibilities you will have.
•    Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed •    Study production and machine requirements •    Develop and test effective automated and manual systems •    Design and install equipment •    Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources •    Integrate disparate systems (e.
.
equipment handling, transport) •    Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance •    Resolve issues and delays in production •    Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality •    Train staff in new and existing processes •    Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers •    Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations •    Upgrade systems and processes with new technology •    Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible   PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE   Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.

You have a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering  You have at least 1 year of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer You have strong knowledge of Plastic Materials and Injection moulding Process, or Mechanical Manufacturing, or Coating processes You have strong Project Management skills You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change You have strong facilitation and communication skills You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously     Are you ready for this challenge?
