MARKET INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Your Challenge As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will play an important role in driving the success of our business by providing valuable market insights and strategic recommendations based on assessment of markets and competitors, both existing and potential.
You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing customers and competitors’ activities, and monitoring the international macroeconomic scenario to help the organization stay ahead in a rapidly evolving context.
You will be part of the Strategy team, within the Marketing department in charge of design and executing strategies, marketing plan and sales operation.
Some of the main activities will be.

                Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and potential opportunities, performing financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis; 2.
                Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data to translate them into executable and effective market and intelligence reports 3.
                Provide insights and C-level documentation that support strategic decision-making for senior leaders within the organization; 4.
                Use various market intelligence tools, companies and methodologies to collect, organize, and translate multiple data into concrete insights (develop and maintain market intelligence databases and dashboards; 5.
                Coordinate cross-functional teams to understand market needs, collect internal data and deliver relevant market intelligence reports and presentations; 6.
                Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and organize structured follow-up activities with cross-business teams to assess the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and recommend adjustments when necessary; 7.
                Build and consolidate relationship with HQ market intelligence network to foster continue dialogue.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have.
Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics or Management Engineering or similar background; Shown experience in in a strategic consultancy firm or similar roles, preferably in the infrastructure / energy / utilities sector; Proficiency in using market research tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office suite – excel and PowerPoint focus; Demonstrated proactive approach, strategic thinking, problem-solving and program management abilities to identify opportunities and address challenges, focus on results delivery with the correct timing; Passion to never-stop growing and to take ownership; Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge; Proficiency in English and Italian; Eligibility to work in Italy.
