As Marketing Manager, you are an omnichannel marcomms expert and will be part of an entrepreneurial team in Europe’s largest education company. You will plan and support the execution of Marketing’s large-scale integrated campaigns to generate demand and drive pipeline growth. You will work with international and brand marketing, to fuel the explosive growth of their destination institutions. A Marketing Manager you will be helping the team to deliver against key objectives focused on creating marketing content and establishing channels that enable the Development teams to engage and grow their relationship with new and existing clients. This is a busy and exciting B2B role – you’ll need the confidence, dynamic mindset and experience to be responsible for the successful planning, monitoring and execution of marketing assets and campaigns. We are looking for highly collaborative and organized individuals, with the ability to run several activities simultaneously from end to end – we want to give you the opportunity to shine! You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to manage business stakeholders and work well within a team. Education/EdTech sector experience would be ideal, but not essential. Drive lead demand generation activities such as events, online campaigns, webinars, direct marketing, social, collateral and advocacy program to meet targets Deliver a broad range of customer focused deliverables to support marketing and sales organisations. Working closely with the regional sales teams, you will identify customers to participate in reference activities (case studies, speaking opportunities, press activities etc). Attend events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments Educate external customers on the value of the program and internal customers on the best ways to support their customers with co-marketing activities Creative thinker – always coming up with new ideas to crack the market and find new opportunity through innovation Plan and launch partnership marketing campaigns tailormade for each individual partner, based on the institutional partner and its business objectives Create positive partner experiences driving excitement, alignment, and growth Track campaign performance and optimize to ensure campaign goals are met Produce reports capable of providing strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or similar relevant field Native-level English speaker and writer Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines to plan multiple concurrent marketing activities, content and campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation skills to be able to present ideas and proposals in a clear and coherent way Strong influencing and negotiating skills Professional and upbeat demeanour, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, sales, marketing and other internal teams. Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment. Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams Ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced, exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines Exceptional communication skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcome.
