job description the media and performance marketing manager will have the following key responsibilities.

media strategy develop and execute a comprehensive media and communication strategy, maintaining a unified brand presence while tailoring content to specific channels, aligned with e-commerce objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
develop the social media strategy to drive the engagement and growth through innovative campaigns, community building, and influencer partnerships.
monitor digital trends, emerging technologies, and practices to continually enhance the organization's digital communication strategies.
cultivate relationships with internal and external key stakeholders (as agencies) manage media budget, allocate resources effectively, and set performance goals for each channel and initiative.

proven experience (7+ years) in media, communication strategy in digital driven companies with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
deep knowledge of digital, social media and analytics tools.
excellent skills in the main performance levers (sea, re-targeting, affiliation, performance display) and seo.
strong knowledge of google analytics; ga4 is a plus.
excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
experience in building relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
