Position Overview.
We are seeking a talented MES Expert to support our Drug Product Growth Project, focusing on a new sterile drug product facility.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and refine MES recipes, ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities.
* Collaborate with MES manager, system users, and process owners to develop and revise MES recipes in a timely manner.
* Configure production recipes using a library of objects and manage MES master data such as Products, Locations, Equipment, and Materials.
* Assist in fulfilling quality record requirements, including process change controls, CAPA, and deviations.
* Draft and execute test scripts for recipe validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
* Establish and enhance interfaces with other systems such as ERP, LIMS, and automation, working closely with relevant departments.
* Develop concepts for optimal data flow with interfaces, considering all use cases.
* Define requirements for MES system further development.
* Provide production support via the Helpdesk, assisting with production issues.
Key Requirements.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven understanding of Sterile Manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory aspects.
* Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
* Previous exposure to commercial MES systems such as Rockwell PharmaSuite, Werum Pas-X, POMS, or Emerson Syncade.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders across the organization and on the shop floor.
* Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
