The Senior MES Expert plays a critical role within the Information Systems department, driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing processes.
This position is pivotal in integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and production quality.
The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in MES systems, along with expertise in PLM, ERP systems, database management, and Industry 4.

The Senior MES Expert is responsible for the strategic implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
This involves ensuring seamless integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to facilitate data flow and improve overall production processes.
Key responsibilities include.
- Implementation and configuration of the MES system.
- Collaborating effectively with production teams, IS/IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting thorough analyses of production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Providing training and support to end users for the MES system.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
- Driving customization and updates of MES software through vendor and developer engagement.
- Integrating MES with PLM and ERP systems to optimize operations.
- Harnessing Industry 4.
technologies (IoT, big data analytics, automation) to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensuring data integrity and security across integrated systems.
Requirements.
- Extensive experience with MES systems (knowledge of DELMIA Apriso is a plus).
- Proven experience with PLM and ERP system integration.
- A minimum of 2 / 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of successful MES implementations.
-Knowledge of SQL Server and other database management systems.
- Proficiency in key operating systems used in industrial environments (Windows / Linux) - Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Programming Languages (.
et, Java, Javascript) - MES, IIoT, MRP solutions applied to discrete manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Architecture, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity principles.
- Virtualized infrastructures - DevOps - SCADA Systems - Network principles (domain and business networks, IT/OT segregations) Other requirements.
Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.
