The key objective of our service will always be to ensure you: meet your legislative requirements reduce business risk in relation to health reduce absence and maximise productivity create environments to safeguard the health and wellbeing of their employees We are looking for an exceptional Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our team and work across our key customer sites across Lancashire. Area : Lancashire (Blackburn, Oldham, Clitheroe) Hours: Full-time or Part-time hours considered Salary: up to £45k FTE (dependent on experience) This role includes working autonomously, engaging and building positive relationships and helping to shape the occupational health service with our customer. You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and a friendly head office support team. About you You will hold an Occupational Health Qualification with at least two years' experience within the Occupational Health sector and recent experience of the full Occupational Health remit. You will have excellent IT skills and be a great communicator. You will be quality driven and have excellent record keeping skills. About the role You will deliver a mix of: Complex Case Management including a Mental Health Caseload Sickness Absence Management Health Surveillance including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision and possibly HAVS and Skin Assessments Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and Questionnaires Health Promotion & Wellbeing Why join us?
