JOB PURPOSE To be trained on all aspects of the Retail work of Burberry Cash Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES Daily reconciliation of bank and control accounts, including matching of cash and credit card transactions in multiple accounts, in multiple currencies on a daily basis.
Daily upload of files from third parties.
Weekly reconciliation & replenishment of Burberry gift vouchers.
Weekly production of Aged Items Reports.
Production of Month End bank and control account reconciliations for allocated accounts.
Upload of Month End reconciliations into EchoSign All printing and filing connected to these jobs.
Any ad-hoc jobs that may be required.
PERSONAL PROFILE SAP experience Working in an accounts dept.
for 2-3 years.
Accurate attention to detail.
Good Excel skills Able to work well in a team.
Enjoys working in an extremely busy environment.
Proactive and able to use common sense.
Conscientious and willing to learn, open to new ideas.
Good time management.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS FOOTER •    Expected base salary for the role will be between $ and $ per hour at the commencement of employment.
However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, professional skills, knowledge, and experience.
