completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy good knowledge of POS PMS and business management a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both team lead and team player a warm and welcoming personality and your communication skills allow you to shine in every interaction a knack for charming guests with a hands-on mentality to match fluent in Italian and English Whats in for you Thats how we groove.
