The HR Department of APMT Italy is looking for the new HR Payroll Specialist to support T&A activities of Vado Ligure Gateway all performed in a fast-paced and international this role you will report to the Payroll Team Manager - Europe.
Main activities Manage pre-payroll on-cycle payroll off-cycle payment processes Extract the T&A data and provide the same to payroll provider Validate payroll results and provide approvals for final pay credits based on control reports Annual payroll reconciliation and new payroll year preparation Ensure timely social insurance and tax payment and reporting Track vendor deliverables on payroll Identify report and mitigate track risk in the payroll delivery process Requirements Strong interest in T&A and payroll processes.
Experience in payroll in Italy Experience with external payroll vendor management Italian at mothertoungue level and good command of English both written and verbal.
Job location The position is based in Vado Ligure hybrid working set up.
