About the role We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative People and Culture Manager to join our iconic Hotel, Four Seasons Milan.
What you will do This role reports to the Assistant Director of People and Culture and will be responsible to support the People and Culture strategy and execution in the day to day running of the People and Culture function; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotels are perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.
You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner in Learning and Development area, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, employee counseling, managing the financials of the budget, conducting regular audits of People and Culture records, organizing and supervising all employee recreation programs, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a regular term contract.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
