About the role We currently have an opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy! What you will do Reporting into the Regional Director People & Culture, you will be part of a cohesive team with opportunity to build a successful career with global potential, and you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work.
You will be support all aspects of the People & Culture Team.
The People & Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People & Culture Office.
This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
The People & Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.

Starting from September , this position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan, and we will offer a fixed-term contract.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in Italian.
