Job Description Our Mission We are looking for a Pomellato Consolidation Analyst to join our dynamic finance team based in Milan.
Reporting into the Senior Consolidation Manager, you will assist in consolidation process for all entities under Pomellato division’s worldwide perimeter and with all Group reporting.
You will ensure that the financial statements are compliant with the Group accounting principles and IFRS.
The successful person combines accounting, analytical, and presentation skills to contribute to the monthly close process effectively and efficiently.
Your Opportunity Support with the production of consolidated and individual entity management accounts (P&L, B/S and Cash Flow) during the actual monthly closing and the planning process (Budget and Forecasts) Analytical review and variances analysis on various reports (ex.
KPIs) sent to the Group.
Build strong working relationship with divisional and local finance teams.
Posting and maintaining all journals at Division Level Managing Intercompany reporting ensuring the reconciliation of IC balances within the Division Support with external audit Who you are Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and controlling functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling techniques, and performance metrics.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.
., SAP, Hyperion) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
