Job Description Our Mission As a Learning & Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to support the design, development, and implementation of training programs aimed at fostering the growth and development of our employees.
This role provides hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and exposure to various aspects of learning and development initiatives within a global brand.
Your opportunity Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications Support initiatives and learning events, such as the On Boarding and the Pomellato Experience Projects Assist in the feedback analysis and the assessment of the effectiveness of training programs Tracking and recording training courses data on Excel and company tools Who you are Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen Passion for learning and development within the luxury goods industry Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms Job Type Estudiante (duración determinada) (en formación) Start Date Schedule Tiempo completo Organization POMELLATO S.
