  JOB POSITION SUMMARY Working within an assigned value stream with specific accountability for process improvement, providing technical support to solve process issues, and supporting internal and inter site product transfers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for providing a level of technical leadership within a production value stream and have ownership for the following.
• Ensure the delivery of high quality, new and innovative products to our customers, in a timely and efficient manner across multiple product value streams.
• Planning and co-ordination of projects within a matrix environment.
• Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment, systems and process problems using strong statistical and analytical methodologies.
• Supporting NPI process characterization work, process worst case challenge testing, complete process capability and stability runs, to qualify new product & processes to achieve annual business plan.
• Communicate details of findings throughout the value stream and organization.
• Engage with the appropriate personnel in the identification and resolution of corrective/preventative actions that address quality, technical, and manufacturing issues.
• Understand and apply change control as required.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Required.
·       Minimum a Level 8.

Honors degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Desirable.
·       Two years’ work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONS ·       Minimum a Level 8.

Honors degree qualification in Physics/Chemistry/Biological Science or Mechanical/Material/Process Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering results.
·       Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people both individually and in a team environment.
·       Experience in problem-solving and data analysis to complement decision making process.
·       High level of self-motivation required.
Ability to take the initiative and yet possess the collaborative and influencing skills needed to be a key contributor to cross-functional teams.

·       Ability to support/lead multiple projects to a defined project plan.  ·       Has an intermediate understanding of MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Also, an understanding of data analysis tools.
