The Product and Innovation specialist will be responsible for all the product and services related to Pulsee brand (domestic-customers). He/she will also contribute to small business product offering, when required. Main activities : Benchmark of competitors’ products and offering Definition of offering and prices, along with Pricing and Portfolio team. Management of monthly price list updates Product P&L monitoring Design and implementation of new product concepts Scouting ideas and partner for product innovation, value added services, platform functionalities. Scouting through research, partners, hackathon etc. Economical evaluations and business plans for new products Market test running Maintenance of existing products, in terms of technical adjustments, prices changes, documentation updates. Project management for product development and maintenance, coordination of: IT department, Legal and regulatory, Credit and Tax, Customer Care, Digital platforms, External partners. The resource will coordinate two or more external partners. Previous experience in same role, preferably in energy companies Analytical skills Entrepreneurial attitude Passion for innovation, digital world, start-ups Good use of excel and power point Good communication skills Good level of English
