The role We're seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our outstanding team and enhance our digital presence.
During this maternity leave cover (6 months), your mission will be crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies for product marketing, driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities Supervise the development and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Manage budget planning, forecasting, and goal setting in alignment with business objectives to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal financial performance.
Collaborate with our internal performance marketing team to generate qualified leads and collaborate with our internal content team to enhance creative outputs through top-notch campaign briefs.
Create SEO-optimized website content and produce diverse content types for campaigns and customer touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams.
Implement upper-funnel marketing initiatives such as Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to enhance brand visibility and expand our audience reach.
Analyze campaign data, deliver insightful reports, and utilize HubSpot CRM for streamlined communication and lead management.
Coordinate and promote online/offline events to engage our audience and foster community interaction.
Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product promotion and growth.
Conduct benchmark analysis for product innovation and collaborate with the product team on enhancements and new launches.
About you You possess 4+ years of hands-on experience within Marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and trends.
You bring to the table both strategic and operative experience, allowing you to develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute them with precision.
You embody a business-oriented, creative mindset with a strong visual eye, enabling you to develop innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
You excel in data collection, analysis, and interpretation utilizing CRM (Hubspot knowledge is a plus) tools to inform business decisions effectively.
You thrive on challenges and eagerly embrace a high level of responsibility, showcasing your motivation to drive impactful results within the organization.
You are proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English enabling seamless communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
