Our Team   The Go-To-Market team is pivotal in our company's success, and we are seeking to enhance it with the addition of a Product Marketing Specialist.

The Role   We are on the lookout for a dedicated and innovative Product Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role will play a critical part in defining and executing our product marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience • Create compelling and accurate product content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, battle cards, and sales guides • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape • Plan and execute product launches, working closely with Product Management and Sales teams • Analyse product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform technical development team and drive marketing decisions • Lead the development of marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Thinkin and our products   Required Knowledge and Experience   • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management and organisational abilities • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to drive decisions • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software products and technologies   Our ideal candidate would also   • Be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • Have a passion for technology and innovation • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams   We offer you • An international, dynamic, and inclusive team • Attractive remuneration package • Flexible and hybrid work options (remote and in-office) • Individual and group training opportunities • Participation in conferences and events • Team building activities and company offsite retreats • Complimentary food, beverages, coffee, and meal vouchers     Think this is for you?
