This Position reports to.
Production Manager Your Role and Responsibilities You will optimize the Production organizations assembly methods processes and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality efficiency costs and safety - Work model.
#LI-Onsite In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for.
Facilitating significant improvements with respect to safety quality delivery inventory and/or cost targets meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.
Promoting and implementing improvement programs and projects within their own area of responsibility with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach.
Promoting a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement.
Working towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels activities and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.
Qualifications for the Role Degree in Engineering or an experience in a manufacturing environment (not mandatory) You are skilled in problem-solving and solution-finding comfortable working in a shopfloor environment.
You are proficient in Excel MS Office (Power BI and knowledge of AI tools like Copilot Power Apps Power Automate and Loop are a plus).
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken.
