PROJECT SCHEDULER/CONTROLLER FOR PROCESS PLANTS (M/F/D)

Avete comprovate competenze nel settore e padroneggiate l'uso di strumenti di software di programmazione quali Primavera (obbligatorio) e MS Project.
Vi piace viaggiare e non temete le sfide, avete la capacità e la volontà di risolvere i problemi e sapete interfacciarvi con i membri del team, gli appaltatori e i clienti con professionalità per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività.
Sarete inoltre responsabili della programmazione e del controllo delle attività di importanti progetti EPCM.
I vostri compiti in sintesi saranno i seguenti.
Creazione e gestione della programmazione delle attività di progetto (con diversi livelli di dettaglio per le varie fasi di progetto); Creazione del piano di manodopera e relativa schedulazione anticipata; Valutazione, definizione e controllo delle criticità di progetto; Controllo dell'avanzamento di progetto e valutazione delle curve di avanzamento; Aggiornamento costante dell’andamento di progetto; Predisposizione di rapporti dettagliati sullo stato di avanzamento per il cliente, comprendendo le varie fasi di progetto raggiunte.
Report specifico degli eventi che hanno avuto un impatto negativo sulla pianificazione e comparazione tra progressi effettivi e/o pianificati con relativa descrizione del piano d'azione a breve termine.
Ci piacerebbe conoscere persone che hanno i seguenti requisiti.
Avete una comprovata esperienza lavorativa nel settore (> 4 anni); Avete una buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese; Siete abituati a lavorare in modo indipendente ma sapete anche integrarvi in maniera collaborativa con il team di progetto per raggiungere gli obiettivi; Avete ottime capacità di problem solving e di comunicazione; siete orientati al cliente e avete l'atteggiamento giusto per gestire conflitti di ogni tipo; Un'ulteriore esperienza nel controllo dei costi è preferibile.
