Descrizione del lavoro The Public Relations Manager for our luxury hotel in Rome is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the hotel's brand image, promote its services, and maintain positive relationships with the media, influencers, and the community.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong communication skills to effectively position the hotel as a premier destination for luxury travelers.
Responsibilities  Strategic Planning.
Develop annual public relations plans aligned with the Arsenale & Orient Express Marketing Team and business objectives.
Identify key target audiences and media channels to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding efforts.
Media Relations.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Pitch compelling story ideas and press releases to secure media coverage across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
Content Creation.
Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other written materials that highlight the hotel's unique offerings, events, and promotions.
Develop captivating visual content, including photos and videos, to enhance storytelling and drive engagement on social media platforms.
Event Management.
Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and familiarization tours to showcase the hotel's amenities, culinary offerings, and guest experiences, in alignment with Marketing Teams.
Coordinate partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and industry leaders to host exclusive events and collaborations.
Crisis Communications.
Work closely with Arsenale and OE Teams to develop crisis communication protocols and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity or reputation issues.
Serve as a spokesperson for the hotel during crisis situations and coordinate responses with senior management and external stakeholders.
Community Engagement.
Establish partnerships with local organizations, embassies and community leaders to support Hotel commercial development plans and initiatives.
Represent the hotel at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote brand awareness.
Performance Measurement.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media metrics, and PR campaign effectiveness to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track key performance indicators and recommend strategic adjustments.
Qualifiche Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in public relations within Luxury Hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.
Strong media relations skills with a demonstrated ability to secure high-impact coverage and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and media monitoring software.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
