1 year contract with renewable possibilities responsabilità As Procurement Specialist your main responsibilities will be.
Manage general procurement activities based on the Business Units needs; Purchase order related documents preparing, suppliers supporting from the quotation to the billing configuration in the system; Monitoring the ongoing purchase order tracking to ensure smooth delivery; Support contract management and Archiving.
esperienza 1 anno competenze Apply to the opportunity if you have the following requirements.
University degree in Business Economics/Business Management/ Business Administration; At least 1 year of experience in procurement/finance/administration/purchase order/back office activities; Proficient with MS Office; Fluency in Italian and English, Chinese will be considered a strong plus; Good interpersonal skills combined with team spirit; Autonomy, organization and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
