We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our leadership team.
In this role, you will foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and managing quality processes across our organization.
Key Responsibilities.
Champion a spirit of continuous improvement across the organization, contributing to our strategic plan.
Monitor the quality system, conducting audits of internal processes and functional areas to propose improvements.
Define suitable organizational solutions and adapt/develop internal procedures.
Manage the process of collection, analysis, and treatment of non-conformities.
Oversee preventive/corrective actions.
Support the QSE manager in resolving customer complaints.
Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits to foster continuous improvement.
Define quality toolboxes applicable for different processes.
Collaborate closely with the safety team to assist in the certification process.
Work with the production quality control to define standards and methods.
Ideal Candidate Profile.
Strong communication skills and ability to involve people.
At least 10 years of experience in the industrial field in quality & continuous improvement.
Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO , ISO , ISO , etc.).
Proven audit management skills.
Proficiency in quality control activities (knowledge of tools, standards, industrial design).
Degree in technical/management subjects.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and Office package.
