As part of the Group Quality Team, reporting to the Group Quality Data Director and in teamship with the full Quality Organization globally and in the Product Lines/Business Areas, you will support improvements of quality, product, services and quality methodologies, utilizing digital tools and data analytics, as applicable, acting as a connection interface between Quality members, Customers and Consumers.
What you'll do.
· Contribute to the development of digital solutions to improve our current Digital Quality Roadmap use cases and workflows.
· Contribute to increase automation/digital approach to data analysis/mining, including support to the use of AI and the reduction of manual workloads.
· Support continuous improvement and target setting processes.
· Help to collect and analyze data and consumers feedback (including competitors) from company quality reporting systems, to extract actionable insights.
· Perform some regular reporting activities for Group Quality as needed.

Educational Requirements · University degree in Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent · Any further education level on Data Science or equivalent would be a plus.
Experience and Skill Requirements · Sound knowledge of the MS-Office suite (Excel advanced skills highly recommended) · Any previous experience in a relevant field (including data analysis, AI, machine learning, data mining, SQL databases, project management, manufacturing process, product development) would be a plus.
· Good communication skills · Fluent English, spoken and written.
· Other European language(s) a plus.

Where you'll be.
This is a full-time position, based in Porcia (Italy) which is about 1-hour distance from the city of Venice.
