About the Role Be responsible for monitoring R&D costs to explain, on a regular basis, variances on R&D project.
Be able to build a close relationship with Engineering department, as business partner.
Be responsible for monitoring all R&D costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies.
Work in coordination with R&D Leaders and Project Manager to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of R&D projects.
Manage in coordination with Marketing and Project Manager department return of investment process, monitoring results and communicate main variances.
Support monthly actual closing for R&D and new businesses.
Mange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on R&D project costs, reason of variances, profitability of R&D investments.
Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.
What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management engineering.
Fluent English.
5+ year in controlling department.
Experience with multinational manufacturing companies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
SAP knowledge is preferential.
