REGIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER EMEA (END STAGE KIDNEY DISEASE)

Job Description Summary About the role As Product Manager EMEA you will develop and drive the product strategy for CoveraTM Vascular Stent Graft, LutonixTM Drug Coated Balloon and High Pressure Balloons that are under the End Stage Kidney Disease and support EMEA region to achieve the desired financial performance through comprehensive and timely product development, product management and execution of product related action plans.
Reporting direct to the Marketing Manager Peripheral Intervention ESKD EMEA, you will work and collaborate with the EMEA PVD/ESKD marketing team consisting of regional product managers and marketing managers and the different functions within BD PI.

Become a maker of possible with us! Our vision for Marketing at BD The purpose of the Marketing department at BD is to drive balanced profitable growth by defining, performing and continually improving the global marketing and business strategies of BD.
We engage in critical thinking to advise high-quality marketing choices that drive our growth.
Main responsibilities will include.
Develop and own the product commercialization plans, strategies and related activities from pre-through post-launches phases.
Align the product strategic with the overall ESKD platform strategic plan and ensures successful products’ plans execution.
Agree with different countries to customize and adapt plans to local needs and implements together the plan execution and “Go to market Activities”.
Identify customer insights and market trends using market research, market sensing, customer centricity, other information-gathering methods and related analytics to advise marketing and product development decision-making, plans and activities.
Build and drive Omnichannel campaigns to target customer segments together with the Marcom team and supports countries’ adaptation and evaluates performance.
Craft growth strategies, new service categories that have the potential to generate significant new value for customers and comes up with new ways to promote the products.
Set-up and lead specific round tables, Voice of Customers, symposia, monitoring of competitor activities during congresses.
Handle and perform new product launches and support RA execution for registration of new products and QA execution on product recalls and field corrective actions.
Develop and produce promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages, positioning and reflect brand essence for the products of responsibility.
About you Bachelor’s degree, or scientific graduate degree preferred.
English proficient.
Experienced in healthcare field.
Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Open to travel across EMEA.
Production of marketing promotional materials.
Database management, data analysis, market assessment, metrics management experience is an asset.
