For this division we are looking for the Hospitality Manager who will be responsible for managing all the reservation teams, in order to provide an excellent experience.
Our Hospitality Manager will be involved in the following tasks.
- Manage directly requests for information and table reservations of the Privè Club (phone and e-mail); - Enter the reservations in the software and manage the floor plan in agreement with the General Manager; - Create good relations and able to have a network of contacts - Manage and coordinate front and back office reservation teams working for the 2 restaurants.
- Market analysis; - Take care of customer loyalty; - Collect information about the customer and share it with the other departments to ensure the optimization of the guest service; Skills - Previous work experience in luxury context of at least 5 years - Excellent negotiation skills - Excellent team management skills - Key attributes.
