Our  Restructuring services  team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change.
Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions.

We are recruiting recent and near graduates for our Milan  office who are ready to challenge themselves in a demanding and stimulating environment.
Specifically, you will be tasked with.
analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise; financial modelling and business planning; independent business reviews of business plans; Commercial and Operational Due Diligence; Cost Cutting analysis and Organizational Improvement.

specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance); excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
