Now, Let’s Get Down to Business Exciting opportunity to join a global FMCG company in this this new role supporting the Italian and Iberian Commercial Team in maintaining a business-critical software application (Promax).
Understanding both the technical and commercial landscape, plus, building strong working relationships will be key to succeeding in this role.

•    Understands commercial processes and how those translate to system functionality.
•    Assists in prioritizing requirements from a business and end user perspective.
•    Ownership and accountability for system availability and data integrity  •    Researches and resolves problems.
•    Develop relationships with key business user groups (i.
.
Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) •    Maintains application support and operation of customer planning tool application (Promax) •    End Users support for Promax system enquiries and requests for assistance.
•    Support of critical monthly/quarterly/annual business processes  •    Support the Commercial Team with other projects.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? Ideally you will have some experience in Sales/ Marketing or Finance Analytics within the Consumer Goods industry.
While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love it when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here’s What We Are Looking For.
•    Experience in analytical department (Sales, Marketing or Finance) in FMCG or similar environment is desirable.
•    University degree (minimum 2.
) ideally in business related subject.
•    MS Office (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word) •    Very good English (written and spoken) needed, Spanish would be an asset.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and ability to respond quickly and adapt to changes in priorities driven by a dynamic marketplace.
•    Strong desire to learn and create a positive impact on business outcomes.
•    Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with large amounts of unstructured data, ability to quickly extract implications from data.
