With this aim was born. Matix (https://.../matix/) is an Industrial IoT and Cloud Solution for Intelligent Mold Management. Our platform acquires data directly from molds in a seamless way, providing buyers and suppliers with visibility into their value chains. Users can analyze and measure supplier performance, uncovering joint process improvement opportunities and monitoring supplier risks. Recently, we closed our Seed Round to further fuel our growth. We are backed by a leading lean consulting firm, many serial entrepreneurs and several C-level managers, who are all contributing with their know-how in the industry. We are looking for a brilliant student or freshly graduated willing to join our Matix team. In this role, you’re going to be a strategic booster for the growth of our organization . You will be working side by side with the CEO, helping to craft our growth & product strategy, by keeping an active feedback loop with the market and assessing risks, obstacles and competitors. Your responsibilities will be: Support and manage existing customers and Matix implementation during scale-up projects, helping to generate new business opportunities. Develop engaging relationships with existing customers and contribute to maximize their satisfaction in using Matix, collecting feedback to pass on to the engineering and product development teams. Support Sales team to manage a pipeline of inbound leads generated by the Business Development team. Support Marketing team in creating content to increase brand awarness and improve the inbound and outbound lead generation process. Prospect of becoming an account manager is real! Business or Engineering background : Economics, Management or Engineering academic background. Philosophy, Statistics or other backgrounds can be considered as well; Communication : Act as a trusted advisor to effectively communicate to clients and their teams, mandatory are Italian and English proficiency; Active listening and Sales : Curiosity of Sales processes and world, willingness to grow and conduct effectively uncover needs, goals and risk in a given scenario; Growth mindset : Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment, keen to embrace feedbacks to always improve; You will join a fast-growing company and get responsibility from day one, growing your learning curve and career prospects.
