develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve the company's objectives in the livestock industry, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability team management.
lead and inspire according to the company's style a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational excellence market analysis.
continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly sales and marketing.
oversee the sales and marketing efforts to promote our livestock services and products, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets financial management.
manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure sustainable profitability customer relationship management.
build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence reporting.
provide regular reports to the corporate office on the country's performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations competenze ed esperienza bachelor's degree in business, agriculture (livestock), or a related field proven experience in sales leadership in a senior management role within the livestock industry excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams strong understanding of livestock production practices results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities besides italian, fluent in at least english language (written and spoken) high grade of the italian livestock market will be appreciated completa l'offerta good career opportunity
