Descrizione azienda Fater is an Italian company, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries.
In Italy, it has been expanding the market of personal hygiene products since the late '60s and it now produces and sells brand products such as Pampers, LINES, LINES Specialist and Tampax.
Since it manufactured and distributed the brand products ACE and Neoblanc in 38 countries in Western Europe, the Central and Eastern European markets markets; Fater is a dynamic company that invests in innovation around 4% of its annual turnover.
Consumer and market knowledge shared competencies and search for efficiency are the drivers of growth in the long run.
Our headquarters are in Pescara.
Our production plants are in Pescara and Campochiaro in Italy, in Porto, Portugal and in Gebze, Turkey.
Posizione We are looking for a talented and dynamic Sales Manager to drive success in Fater Central Europe, located in Bucharest, Romania.
Fater Central Europe is managing the ACE business in Romania, Poland, the Baltics, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Montenegro.

Main responsibilities Implementation of the commercial strategy in all the countries of responsibility, coordinating and working closely with the distributor’s team to successfully achieve the company’s objectives and department KPI's.
Presenting and updating the distributor with regard to Fater’s commercial strategy, new product launches, merchandising principles, KPIs, new price lists, promotions, etc.; Following up on the distribution contracts/agreements, checking the commercial terms, and assuring the distributor is complying with the agreed contracts; Supporting the distributor for promotions design and in-store executions; Being accountable for the performance of distribution, promotion, and shelving; Proposing, adjusting, and then executing tailor-made programs by customers to maximize Fater’s sales and visibility in the stores; Requisiti Minimum 8 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales and Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a knack for decisive decision-making Balances strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels · Charismatic, positive, and energy-infused with a true passion for sales Team player with a business-driving mindset Fluency in English and Romanian Flexible and able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment Willing to travel across Romania and Central Europe region If you're ready to make a significant impact and take your career to new heights, we want to hear from you!
